Returns and damaged items Policy and procedure

It is my aim to offer 100% satisfaction. I will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that I have made in connection with an order.

Please carefully check your goods and report any shortages, damages, or problems within 7 days of receiving your order. All requests should be sent to me so that you can get a refund.

Please note that opened products cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty after testing.

Shipping policy.
I send out parcels with 1st class Royal mail delivery within 48 hours of payment between monday and Friday. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.

General Soap Information
I reserve the right to change the apparence, packaging and scent and withdraw any of the soaps at any time. As the soaps are hand made and hand cut slight variations in colour, size and scent may occur between batches.
